Set among a stunning mountain scene, an Indigenous American family resides in the pleasant green valley between peaks. The family busies themselves around a fire outside their dwelling. At the forefront of the composition is a body of water, possibly the bend of a river and likely connected to the waterfall in the distance. Tall trees grow along the cliff faces; dainty flowers sprinkle the grassy field. Sunlight heats cliff faces to a fiery pink and orange, while the tallest peak remains covered in snow.
