The solemn figure of a Native American man stands with arms folded, exuding an aura of dignity and pride. Adorned in traditional regalia—including necklaces and feathered ear piercings—he stands as a testament to the rich heritage and spirit of his people. With a bow and protective shield slung behind him, he embodies the strength and wisdom of generations past.
Don Powers was adopted into the Shawnee Nation as a result of his American Indian artworks in 1975.
