This cool, tranquil river scene features a lone rower cruising atop pale water. Three trees tower on the shore nearby, filling the upper half of the composition with wispy leaves. The grassy foreground consists of scattered orange and yellow flowers bending in the gentle breeze. Several homes sit in the distance, illuminated by the evening’s remaining sunlight.
